FARM 12 CATERING

— Since 2018, we’ve been cultivating meals to nourish your soul and create conversation.

Now we’re bringing it to your table.

Please read the ordering instructions below before you order. Standard orders MUST be placed a minimum of 7 days in advance for food and 14 days for cake.

HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

1) Shop our menus! Browse the menus above and add everything you need to your cart!

2) Order Due by: Please give us a minimum of seven days for each order - cake orders require a minimum of 14 days. orders placed less than 7 days (food) or 14 days (cake) will not be acommodated.

3) While adding each item to your cart, insure you tell us your desired pickup time (minimum of 7 or 14 days from the order date) and pickup time.

4) once your order is paid, you will RECEIVE an email confirmation by someone on our staff within 48 hours.

5) Pick up: all orders must be picked up inside fika from 8 am - 3 pm daily (on the day and time you specified.)

 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1. farm 12 Pick Up catering

   • items are placed in disposable aluminum tins that are in insulated to-go crates to keep temperature.

   • Compostable plates, utensils and napkins are available upon request for an additional fee. please add “silverware” to your cart, when you check out, for the appropriate amount of people.

   • we do not offer delivery at this time.

2. BLACK OUT DATES

   • during the holidays we will be serving a limited, CELEBRATORY menu. we will also have specific times and instructions for pickup.

   • Listed below are the dates our site and catering will be closed or have limited hours.

     • Thanksgiving

     • Christmas Eve (limited hours)

     • Christmas Day

     • New Years Eve (limited hours)

     • New Years Day

     • Fourth of July

   • Check in during the months of November and December for our Thanksgiving and Christmas Menu. there also might be additional dates that catering is unavailable or we are fully booked for the day.

3. TIMEFRAME FOR ORDERING

   • WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO PLACE YOUR ORDER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WE CAN COMMIT TO CATERING REQUESTS UP TO 60 DAYS IN ADVANCE. OUR CAPACITY IS BASED ON WHAT WE CAN DO WELL AS WE MAKE EVERYTHING FROM SCRATCH! WE HAVE A STRICT SEVEN DAY MINIMUM FOR food catering REQUESTS and 14 day minimum for cake requests. we WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE REQUESTS MADE IN LESS THAN 7 or 14 DAYS - depending.

4. CONFIRMATION

   • ALL ORDERS MUST BE CONFIRMED BY SOMEONE FROM OUR CATERING STAFF. PLEASE ALLOW 48 HOurs for confirmation. if we cannot take your order due to capacity or date requested, a full refund will be given back to you. for any questions, please give us a call.

5. cancellations & refunds

   • a cancellation for a FULL refund can be done 3 days (72 hours) before pickup date. after 72 hours, there will be absolutely no refund.
